Please inspect live plants when you receive them. If a plant is damaged or unhealthy at pickup or delivery, contact us within 48 hours with your receipt and photos so we can review a replacement, store credit, or refund. Unused hard goods in their original condition may be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase. Seasonal, clearance, custom, cut, and bulk materials are final sale unless required by law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

We will email you when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation and government-issued photo identification. Orders are held for 7 calendar days after the ready-for-pickup notice. Contact us before the deadline if you need more time. Orders not collected or extended by arrangement may be cancelled and refunded according to our cancellation and refund policies.

Pickup orders may be cancelled before we send the ready-for-pickup notice. Delivery and shipping orders may be cancelled before preparation or dispatch begins. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible. Custom orders, cut materials, and specially sourced items may not be cancellable once work or ordering has begun. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
